Wide bar silver dollars

I got 5 wild caught ones in around 5" today. What are you guys feeding these things? I have not given them any food yet but was going to start with frozen blood worms.

they eat anything. chopped up prawn, pellets, bloodworms. my wc wb sds are 3-3.5 inch. eating pellets the 2nd day. easy to feed!

Cool, going to try and feed tonight and see what happens. I will have to post some pics once in the tank. They in in QT right now so they do not contaminate my rays

they eat a lot. and will technically eat anything you feed them when they are comfortable

Nice man, I'm thinking of getting some to go with my oscars. I would go with bloodworms first, that's what I did with my old SDs.

I got a group of thinbars and they are somewhat picky.

I try to give them pellets but they pick and choose when they eat that stuff but will tear up anything I feed to the rest of the comm.

The 14 I have love ken's earthworm sticks. Kind of fun watching my large thinbar stuff about 5 in her mouth before taking off.
