Maybe they trying to keep that part stock as possible. Notice the aerodynamics the festiva now posses? I think with this kit it should be able to go 50MPH.

Ugh, I got stuck driving one of those in South Africa as a rental. No A/C in the middle of the summer. Plus, it blew a tire when I drove through a pile of elephant poo.

I would totally drive that mean machine (with my head out the window so everyone can see who's drivin' that tight whip). I think I would much rather have the 3 cylinder Geo Metro. Much cooler. Seriously.
