wierd behavior

my male seng seems to like to float at the top not belly up but jsut chilling at the top corner of his tank there are no bullys and he seems fine the Ph and amonina levels are good and his mate is like a normal seng and she swims around the bottem why is my male doing this

especially in young bichirs.
and very especially in senegals.

yeah mine do it all day long. they are lazy fish. its funny to see all 3 of mine doing it.
