my checkered corydoras comes out of my little cave in my 10 only at night and he is probably more jumppy than my killifis. is he ok?

The corie will be more active and interesting with a few friends
Checkereds are one of the cories that like a good shoal, like pygmy elegants they sort of leapfrog across your tank if you have enough of them, they dont need algae wafers but a little algae like nori everyonce in a while won't hurt. They, like other corys, go nuts for minced worms or live black and tubifex worms.
Yeah.. My friend tried keeping corries, but had very bad luck. I think it was because if corries are kept isolated they can succumb to lonliness and stop eating/get sick and even die. They really do like having friends, and they're such an amazingly funny and goofy fish. =)
