so yesterday i received a litre bottle of Excel in the mail. I have used excel before with no problems but it has been a while. anyway, i dosed my 75 gallon with the normal reccomended dose. I got on my computer for about 5 minuts and then looked back at my tank. there were rather large pieces of ? floating all over the water, clouding it. all the fish looked fine so i decided to see what happened when i put it in my 40. this time i watched it the whole time, after five minutes out of no where unknown pieces of stuff began showing up all over the tank, clouding it just like my 75. so, i thought i would just let it sit, maybe it will even out. woke up this morning with tanks so cloudy you couldnt even see everything. tested them both, ammonia nitrite were 0 and the fish still look perfectly fine. as today went on, the water continues to get cloudier and cloudier, with no ammonia or nitrite spikes, and the fish still seem fine. I examined some of the excell in a glass and it looks fine, no particles in it, so i filled up a 2 gallon betta thing i had laying around, and dosed the new water with the excel. the same thing happened, particles and cloudy water in a perfectly clean and new tank. I have no idea what is happening, i will be doing large water changes tommorow to clear it up, but i think i wasted 40 bucks on a litre of excel. does anyone have any idea what is goin on here????????????????????????????? please help
