wierd growth on my blood fin tetras

hi all i m hoping u can help i have 4 blood fin tetras 6 corrie cats, 1 8 in placo, 10 white clouds, and 2 clown loaches in a 55 gal tank with a bio wheel hob and a ehiem ecco canister as well as live plants( sorry for the run on). water peramiters are ammonia 0, nitrates 0 , nitrite 0, ph 7.6,temp 80

All 4 of my blood fins have a large growth on thier bottom jaw. its white and sort of looks like like a healing sore. they have no other spots and none of the other fise have any problems.

i hope to solve this issue so i can move my 10 cichlid into the 55 gal tank
