I know that rays are illegal here in Hawaii. Do you think it would be illegal to have a dead ray shipped to me?
As you all have seen on my other thread, my bother inlaw in NJ is having a hard time with his tank right now and one ray has died on him.
There is a guy here in Hawaii that does fish prints, and I would like to get the ray printed.
I got a silver aro printed and thought that a ray print would be cool.
