wierd question

Is it normal for moderate wounds on fingers and hands to heal almost over night or what?

If you disinfected the wounds, maybe. Is it your own wounds? And what caused them?

A dog tore the side of my left index finger open, not to bad but not a paper cut wound either , happened at 6:50 a.m. and now it is mostly closed up and scabbed over, no bandage just making sure it stays clean and infection free. Just thought it was wierd.

Has the dog been vaccinated for rabies? If not, I'd put the dog under observation and consult the doctor for proper medication. If so, consult the doctor either way. He might ask you to take anti tetanus shots as a precaution which is normal procedure for dog bites (minus the possibility of being rabies-positive).

Pics of the wound bloody one is day one(yesterday), other is today, closed most the way up and scabed over.

Seems OK to me. I heal very quickly as well.
