Wigglers in tank!!!! HELP

tank : 56 gallon column, 4 yellow perch 4", heavily planted

A few days ago i noticed my fish (a yellow perch) was itching itself and had two white spots on it. which i thought was ich so i raised temperature and began using malachite green. today on day 3 i noticed little 1mm sized tube like organisms wiggling in my tank. im freaking out i have no idea what they are. there is over 10 forsure and i pulled one out to look (They are so tiny they slip through holes in the net)

It appears to have a black head and silvery white body!!?!?!?!?!?!?!

issue solved.... i caught a few of the wiggling worms and watched them in a tupperware container.. turns out they hatched into flies.... crazy...

I dont know if you will check this again but did they look any thing like this? I just noticed some tiny wigglers in my tank but they are soild white now. Did they harm your fish at all?

I put some in a tupperware an ill see what happens
