I currently have a 160 gallon planted with discus and tetra's. But after many years of having planted tanks i want something totally different. On the moment i almost sold all my fish. I now want to stock it with some nice South american cichlids.

The fish i have now and will stay.

1 x Golden Nugget,
4 x ancistrus,
4 x Clown loach,
1 x Yoyo loach,
1 x Sturisoma
3 x keyhole cichlids

You see i can't say goodbye to my cats and loachs

I want to ad

2 x severum
2 x Geophagus jurupari
2 x Oscars

Wil this work? Maybe some advise from the experts?

as long as your current inhabitants arent too small to be lunch for the oscars.

i dont see geo's and oscars mixed too often. i dont know how that would work. severums and oscars do fine together. but with your current stock.. you may want to rule out any large growing semi aggressive/aggressive cichlids.

The fish i already have are al passed the 6 inch. But the oscar is my big concern, i don't want my 10 year old loaches to be eaten.

6 inches would be a heafty mouthful for an oscar. but that doesnt mean the oscars wont kill it and just leave it.

they are known to be pushovers. but if they know the other fish arent threats, they can be bullies.

Hmm, maybe drop the oscars then. They told they are quite friendly, and that i should not mix it with agressive species. If i just made the other fish wouldn't fit theyre mouth it would be ok.

Any one have an idea for a third species of large chichlid?

I would just stay with severums. There are many different varieties and colors that would look great together with the loaches and eartheaters

Dont do oscars. Go with 2 more Geo's such a as Brasiliensis. so say 2X Rotkeil sevs, 2x jurupari, and 2 Brailiensis. Plus your currents. You will be pleased over and over again. You might even be able to add a Paratheraps Hartwegi which are about the aggressiveness of a Brasiliensis. I would just try it but if it goes sour sell the Hartwegi.

After some research i decided not to take the oscars anymore. It wil become a couple of green severums, a couple of geo (don't know wich species yet) and i am gonne try to find a couple of chocolate chiclids. Those should be very mellow and not agresive. So my clowns won't be eaten.

I wouldn't do the Braziliensis, They do get big but can be very aggressive especially when they spawn. I'd add a few more Jurupari (say 2-3) . More than one chocolate could be trouble since they don't always get along with each other.
my sugestion would be , 3-4 jurupari ,2 Sevs , 1chocolate (if there's room), and your fish you have.
