The little Lepidios have to be my fave group of shellies.
Very nice female. Makes me wonder how good pappa must look.
Where'd you get them BTW? Considering the whole hecqui/meeli confusion it's so hard to get any concrete info on either sp. I thought they might not have existed altogether, at least not pure (perhaps all we do see is some type of boulengeri x). This would be the first time I've seen WC L. hecqui so that's a major plus. Would be awesome if you had a locale for them. :)

Hey Straight i got mine from Greg at Little Africa Aquatics from aquabid.com if you don't know who he is probably one of the best wild caught exporter's around here plus he is like 30 minutes away from me in the same state so i can go to his shop and check things out first hand..

He is also the person i got my wild Lamari and wild red fin Comp's from as well and all i need now is a wild Nkambe and i am done.. LOL

Here are a couple shots before they took off due to me being to close to the tank.. I just shot these photos..

Thanks Straight take care..

Nice fish Pitbull! Were they as easy to breed as mine were? Three or four days after i got mine, they had spawned! And thanks again for those ornatipinnis. I'm pretty sure they have become permanent residents of my 40L.

I wish i Knew you were looking for the n'kambae, I was just at the GCCA swap and they had bags of those as well as the elongatus for rediculously low prices. I would have picked them up for you, and sent them your way. I was really debating picking them up for myself, but the wife shot that idea down. Guess i have to be happy with just the ventralis i picked up.
