HEYs, Question, what is the issues of feeding acquarium fish,, small fry from lake, pond... etc....? Legal? diseases?

Thxs for inputs !

Both.

Define small fish. If you use any baby game fish (black bass, trout, etc...) that is a violation of game laws.

Nearly all wild fish have parasites of some variety, they have evolved together and clearly survive that way, if you take a South American fish and expose it to a North American parasite... who knows if it will survive?

Thanks, thought i would expand my knowledge with the smart ppl here at MFKs.

What about diseases with worms from bait shop or out of ground?

Diseases that impact worms don't usually impact fish. That is generally a safe practice. The only thing to watch is worms from yards that are treated with pesticides and fertilizers.

And I believe worms from bait shops usually are treated with "medication" to increase their shelf life.
