I am on vacation in florida and thre is a lake with gaters and thhese il minnows. I have guppies and these lil minnows swin like em. I have seen the tops of them and they are like grey, black, and white of what i can remember. they swim in schools. what r they? i post pic s tomaro if they r in thier normal spot.
 
They are probably one of the three: guppies, mosquito fish, or killifish. Prolly killifish.

Better hope their not mesquito fish 'cause they WILL eat your guppies. Used to keep them when I was a kid ( yeah in stone aquariums ) before I knew better they ate 6 guppies, 5 marble and 3 sailfin mollies... but if you've got a pond outside with a mesquito problem they are THE tool ! And by themselves they're kinda neat too. ( kinda mini monsters when fed larva )
 
Probably gambusia (mosquito fish). Although they do look like very plain guppies. Also, if you're in S. Florida, keep an eye out for exotics. And the first bream are on their beds, even up here in N. Fl.
