well i was at willow beach, arizona yesturday and i saw A LOT of fish fry. i was wondering if it was possible to catch the fry and raise em myself in a tank.

But for your question, yes you can. But it is more demanding taking care of wild fry than captive bred.
Because all fry are very fragile and these fry will need to be caught with a net, then driven home in a bucket, then acclimated to water they have never touched before, and then trained to eat foods they have never seen before. And any one of these things could kill them.
I would not expect them to eat flakes or other aquarium fish food right off. They would more than likely need live brine shrimp every few hours. And depending on species a good supply of green water and other algae.
But it can be done with enough dedication.----good luck
