Wild Geophagus Sveni

Got a few of these a little while back and they continue to amaze me with how amazingly colorful they are and how active they are especially for being from the wild. I have a few smaller ones I'm growing out as well. Goal is to acquire a group of 6 to 8 of these and raise them with my group of paretroplus menarambo that I'm currently growing out with these guys. So far so good. Will be putting these fish in a 220 or 300 this fall.

Color looks edited. The green algae on the side of the glass look unatural as well.

Huh strange. Literally same pic unedited, LED lights, good water changes and water quality and Samsung S7. All I did in the other pic was adjust the contrast a little bit. Great looking fish you also have there though

Samsung phones are capable of taking great pics. It's what I use too. Just a little adjustment on the light exposure and you can get a pretty close to real life shot. Some phones can be a real pain to get a decent shot. I can understand some people thinking yours or my shots might look edited. Oh well
