They are either Oreochromis niloticus or Oreochromis mossambicus.

Actually the males look much nicer than this pic. They get solid black with red outline. I caught some fry as a kid in Hansen Dam with a net. They grew huge and then found out they were O mossambicus. Evidently someone released some in the Dam which bred.
