WILD LEOPOLDI

Hello!!
I heard that some store owners will import wild leopoldi in two weeks.
One imports 22(only female) , another imports 49(33 female, 16 male)
the other imports ......it's secret (maybe..100)
One owner said that "I will import LEO from MEXICO" ,"I gave some money exporter" and "LEOS are moved from BRAZIL to MEXICO by truck. and than they will be moved from MEXICO to the shop.

But I think it's impossible because ban by IBAMA.
Do you really think it is possible?
I guess ... ...maybe it's a piece of deception by exporter.

i very much doubt it that it will happen, the fish wouldnt make it in a truck all the way from the Xingu to Mexico. Its more like a shipper has got a few dollar's for promising someone something that he cant deliver.

ive heard that guy's have paid shippers lot's of money for the rights to their whole ray stock WHEN the ban is lifted.

good luck to him, i think he is going to be out of pocket though.

I've been talking with some of the exporters in Peru and Columbia lately to see what they've been hearing, and they've also heard the same rumours lately. They have also heard of guys getting screwed over by some of the exporters who've promised Leo's/Henlei, paid for them, and then been unable to deliver or sent something completely wrong with no explanation or refund.

Only a pipe dream for now...

Typical story of some shady exporter trying to simply rip off a customer. I cant even begin to tell you how many of these stories we have heard from customers who have been ripped off and never recieved any rays or money back.

This is the same BS story coming from the Peru Group. Talked to a guy in Germany told me the same hilarious story, wild leos smuggled out through Mexico now waiting to be shipped

They also are asking everyone for a $2000 deposit up front, which he sent!

People please if you want to donate your money so badly send it to me!

I was told the black rays would cross rivers over to Argentina or Bolivia, and then be intentionally mis-labeled and exported as 'Black' Motoros..

but then again I don't listen to that nonsense.. but thats what an old LFS owner told me, who said he got that info from a guy named Jose... last name Mantilla. Still don't believe him one bit..

Sounds like he got that info from a guy whos first name is Jose, last name Cuervo! Stay away from that guy, he usually gets me in trouble...
