Wild Oscar Catch Locations????

Anyone know where Wild Oscars would normally be caught?

Is there somewhere that Black Ghost Knife Fish could also be caught?

you can catch feral oscars in miami...but it isn't the same as what we mean by "wild caught"

Yeah i have seen lots of videos on youtube people catching large oscars in florida

You could catch Oscars from the released populations in South FL. My boss worked for the Florida Parks service for over 20yrs. He says that he personally caught dozens of very large Oscars in S.FL. Southern parts of Florida are becoming havens for many introduced animals.

Hi, how are you? i think you can find both species together (generally in the same habitat) in most of the places from where the differents species of astronotus are...Peru, Brasil, Paraguay, Colombia...Dont know in Venezuela...Good luck
