Wild pair of Managua Midas spawning

I have a 6"male and 5" female that paired out very fast laid eggs and now I just noticed wigglers. This pair are one of my favorite pairs in my fish room and are growing on me day by day.

I will post a video and more pictures with my Nikon camera instead of my iPhone soon. Babies are in the corner but they are really small. The red head on the male is way more intense then these pictures show.

rule of thumb for me is that if they can be sexed i always get two males and 3-4 females. You will get a pair with good water quality and diet. I get two males so I can select the best one as far as what Im looking for. I have bred a lot of different species of cichlids and this works for me. If they are two small to sex I get around 10 of them and grow them out.

so you bought 10 wild Midas? I couldnt afford it like that. They expensive.

I bought 2 but I dont have a pair


Im trying to ask if Rapps sexed them for you or you just got Lucky
