Hey everyone whats up? I live in south Florida where Peacocks are native to our waters. Im not a monster fish keeper, seeing as I only have a 10 gallon tank. The bass are already spawning here, and im planning on grabbing a fry to raise til he gets to big them put him back in. The school I saw, they're already about 2 inches.

Is anyone interested in some small baby ones? I dont know if I can ship them though.

i wouldn't consider them native ;) Wild/farmed ... yes now ;)

Ship them!!;)

You also really shouldn't grow them out and and put them back. You should check with DNR about it first at least. I'm not SURE about that area of FL, but it's a no no around here and in a lot of places that I know of.

:iagree: Not sure about the FL laws but i'm pretty sure it's illegal to catch, grow, and then release them back to the wild... your best bet is to sell them to other members that do have the space for them.
