Oscar Tummy
Good god, I can't believe I'm doing this. My 125 broke and I'm just too scared to try again. He's in a 55g hex and it's just not right. I'd rather know he's happy somewhere bigger than keep him improperly in a little box. I can't keep the nitrates low enough without doing so many water changes it stresses him out constantly.

Must have at least a 100g tank and bring me a sample of your water for testing. This is my baby and I am screening you closely. Price? Your word that he will be well-cared for and that if you decide to get rid of him you'll call me back and I can take him in again. I paid $25 for him as a juvie. As an Oscar, even a wild one, I know he just can't command that kind of price at his size. He's about 12-13" and only two years old. Eats pellets, crickets, earthworms, algae wafers, peas and green beans.

Nitrates must be below 20ppm or he starts to show HITH. Water changes cannot be larger than 50% every three days or he starts to show HITH. That's why he needs 100g or bigger. Currently not exhibiting any signs of HITH due to underfeeding and frequent water changes, but needs to eat more.

I...want the best for this fish. If this takes months, so be it.

Show a pic of him. I'm interested in wild oscars. They are nicer then normal.
