Will 3x turnover be enough on a 55 gallon

I ordered 3/4" bulk heads and apparently it was the outer diameter they measured not the inner. Will turning over 55G tank using a half full 29G sump as a wet dry be enough turn over. It will be a community stocked tank with tetra/corys etc

Sounds like your adding a sump.

4-6X's turnover depending on stock and style of sump.

Get a bigger bulkhead. 1" will be perfect.

Upon actually looking the elbow part try included narrows it to 1/2 it is actually a 3/4 which is what I want since the pump I'm looking at has a 3/4 out
