Will a convict start a riot?

So my friend has a 2 yr old 3" female convict in a 15 gallon, (solitary confinement?) anyways puns aside, interested in trading for my pleco. I know some cichlids go well with polys (my signature's got the details) and convicts are some of the more mean aggressive ones and can beat up oscars. BUt would he go at polys? My smallest one are the albino sens at 5''. I've got a pretty well planted tank and it's a tall diamond shaped 95g, lots of hiding places ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a7PBoZ3OUzY ) Any thoughts?

I had problems putting 5 convicts in with my 2 senegals in an 80g. They started small (hoped they'd be food) but grew fast. All went well until a dominant male emerged and would chase the senegals from their food. Eventually he harassed my big female into taking flight into a fake log, where she got stuck and had to be hack sawed out. The log went and so did the convict.

The other 4 convicts never bothered the senegals mind you. You should be alright with a lone female.
