Will a lent pike get along in my community tank?

A friend is offering me a 12-13" female lent. I'm debating adding her to my 360 but want some feedback on whether she will fit in or not.

Here's the stocklist

1 RTG 20"
1 Endli bichir 17"
3 temensis bass approx 10"
2 marble motoro stingrays
2 ripsaw cats approx 12"
3 geophagus dicrozoster
3 tiger datnoides 5-6"
3 severums


I know there's always risk but want to make sure there isn't any serious inter-species conflict that might already be known.

its worth a try u have enough room, and no other aggressive cichlid to give it a threat.

I agree, there doesn't seem to be much in the way of challengers for it. I might worry about the ray discus a bit, but since pikes aren't ground pickers I think it might be worth a try.

Thanks. It is the stingrays I worry about the most.

I picked up the third dicro when I picked up the pair of notatus sevs. He's got some health issues that were apparent when I got him. I wanted to see if I could bring him back to good health.

As long as the RTG doesn't find it to be a threat, I don't see an issue personally

i think it would definitely work. does ur friend keep it in a tank with other fish as well or is it solo in the tank? if it is in a tank with other fish and getting along fine, i think there a very good chance that it would work in your tank. if its kept solo and seems to want to kill anything thats put in the tank, then there might be a slightly lower chance of it working.

It (was they) lived with Festae and other pikes of similar size. . . I watched her smash him into the side of the tank and it was a death blow! They only killed other lents though *grumbles*
