Im still learning here and have a 12-14" pleco and a 12" lmb in separate tanks right now but i want to give the bass more room and put him in my 75g tank. I would move all my small fish to my 30g tank which is what i had them in before but i want dont want to cramp the pleco. Would he be ok with the bass or would he be attacked?

You can do that. 12'' LMB and a 14'' Pleco. It'll work.

but what when the bass is bigger

Just keep the bass well fed.

i appreciate the info greatly

I have mine together (10" LMB & 8"pleco) NO problems. My pleco's mean though and I think the bass is scared of him.

My oscar worries me more than my bass did (rip lol) My O got A much larger pleco on it's back somehow and ripped the insides out because I mounted the glass therm. on a suction cup as well as the heater he liked to fight. So I mounted a pingpong ball on a small suctioncup so it floats and buried it in gravel and haven't had any assualts or homicides since

My 10" lmb would whale on any goldfish or minnow big enough to eat which was still big I also fed him 8" nighcrawlers. No aggression toward the cichlids or bottom dwellers however.

They are now in the tank together. I haven't had any issues the bass seems to try to stay on the other side of the tank and the pleco just kinda stares at the bass, so far. So thank you everyone. I will update if anything happens.
