I know they're vegetarians but will a paratheraps, specifically a bifasciatus, eat small fish? I was thinking of getting rid of the other cichlids and keeping the bifa by itself (gave a hartwegi to my little cousin as a birthday gift and I really just don't want the others anymore) and have some small fish, perhaps schooling to swim around him. I saw Nutty had swordtails in his tank with big viejas and paratheraps so I was thinking this might work. Opinions are welcome. If it can't work I'll just keep it solo with maybe a catfish.
