I am in the process of doing a fishless cycle on my 75 gal which I plan on putting a young Oscar in by himself. I would like to put some plants in there, I know more than likely they will get torn up but I want to try. My concern is almost all plants have snails on them and I don't want a snail infested tank. I never had an issue before with snails because my dalmation mollies loved them. But will a young oscars eat small snails in the tank?
