My 22" silver was raised frrom a 3" on freeze dried blood worms and also would accept frozen. The advantage with freeze dried is they float so they are available for the aro. The frozen cubes will float for awhile but the aro may have a had time with them. Give it a try, is your aro with other fish? If not don't let the uneaten bworms stay in the tank.
