Will bichirs eat ramshorn snails?

Hello,

will Delhezi bichirs eat ramshorn snails and if so could they hurt themselves?
I have some algae on my driftwood and i want to put some ramshorn snails in my tank to clean up a Little bit.

Mine eat pond snails. The vacuum mouth sucks the stuff out and they spit out the shell.

So far i didnt notice a Del Go after the snails.
Im a bit afraid of constipation if they swallow them?

So it happened!
I just saw one of the bigger Dels swallow a snail in hole.
Im not 100% sure but i think he did.
Can bichir digest the shell or will he become problems now?
Im a bit worried right now.
