Will Caribes eat Snails?

will caribes eat snails? i am looking to buy some snails for some algae removal but im not sure if the caribe will be okay with them in the tank. thanks in advance for your advice guys!

Depends on what snails they are if they are the small little ones whcih hitch there way into a tank via plants they should be small enough to be left alone, if it were somthing like apple snails it would be a different story.

i had ones like the size of quarters in my tank, and i think my pleco ate them.. all i ever found were shells....LOL

apple snails will be eaten but just get some really small 1s and you should be fine
