Will clown loach clean my sand for me?

I have 2 archer fish, 2 datnoids, 1 peacock bass and 3 clown loach's. I want like 20 of these bad boys!!! will they also keep my sand clean?

If you mean eat the poop then no, but they should eat algae, you do have to feed the clowns though, I feed algae wafers, snails and cucumber/zucchini
