will datnoids get along with my other fish?

how big is your dat and how big are you other fishes??? If the dat can't swollow them, then it should be fine.
the thing is they grow slow and aros and bass grow quick so here lies your problem.
i would let the other fish grow a bit and buy a bigger datnoid around 6''+.

The Dat should idealy be around 5-6" or the bass or snook could munch it, know how big there mouths are.
the bass snook an arowana are all about 3 inches so there just babies but what happens when they all get bigger i thought dats grt around 7 inches correct me if im wrong .will a grown arowana be able to eat him? when hes full grown also what do dats eat?
Datnoids get larger then 7in. The smalles dat (silver) can still get 12 inch. If you are looking for a widebar then your looking at a possible 2 feet.
What people are saying is that if you buy a datnoid at the same size as your other fish, when your other fish grow they MAY eat your dat because the dat grows slower then those other fish so may eventually be considered food

ok i understand so if i get a big dat will it be aggressive towards the other fish? what do dats eat??????????????
