Will flower scales (black scales)grow back?

help i dont know what to do will the black flower near his eyes come back? please replythe 1st pic is whats wrong and the second pic is fine its like left side and right side.

It will take a week or so, thats about how long it takes for my oscar to recover. Clean water will help it heal faster.
