Will GATF and VATF go well in the same tank ????

Hi guys! I'm going to sell all my bichir to buy a new Goliath to go with my Vittatus is that a right decision ? will 2 species go well in the same tank ? :v

How small? And I wouldn't recommend mixing the two but if you do then make sure you have a lot of dithers.

I think my fish tank is 60 us gallons and i will buy another bigger tank for them. But why you wouldn't recommend VATF go with GATF ?

Ye, don't get any ATFs before you get a much bigger tank.

There is no option for you to own any AFT species, the smallest one FATF required minimum 150G all others would need like 450G+, if you want to keep them for life and happy then think about to build thousand galons tank to house them.

the selection of species to mix is perfect, they will do ok for now in at 60 gallon, just have to up grade to bigger tank. All 3 of those species are found together in the wild. tigers are slow growing, you have 6 months of time at least.

A 60 gallon will be ok for a 3" VATF but it won't last more than 3 months at max. You will notice they won't eat as the water quality gets dirty because the water volume is so low. After a water change their appetite will get back to normal.

These fish are not meant for small tanks. They just don't do well.
