Milky Way Galaxy,
Hey guys, am planning on putting in my 2 Red Ear Slide turtles in my pond. They outgrown there 20gal now... and i was wondering if my RTC would eat them later on?? i plan on putting in the RTC in first let him grow to about 6inches and then put in my turtles. would this be fine?

how big are the red ears i wuld be more worried about them eating the rtc but i know nuthing of turtles just fish and a few other things

how big is the turtles and how big is the rtc?

later on...yes

the rtcs mouth will definitly outgrow the max size of the rtcs mouths why dont you try red tail giant gouramis or something else?

ay if ur rtc eats ur red ear slider just make sure u get it on film!!!!
hes a beast!!!!!
but on a serious note, if ur rtc is big enough he should be fine with the turtles,
after all the rtc is a h3ll of alot faster then ur turtles..

I personaly would not put turtels in with a catfish i have seen turtels that have bitten the wiskers off fish and funs and even a chunk out of the body causing a very bad infection so in my eye's it is a very bad idea we use to have a couple of map turtels in with an arowana and a spiny ell the only thing to survive was the turtels. So dont do it if you need to put your turtels in to a bigger home put them in the pond and DONT GET A RTC!!!!
