Okay. I'm a novice angelfish breeder. I researched for about 4 months before I even got the pair-off tank and continued to research for another 5 months while I waited for a pair to form. I'm on my first spawn. I have just selected 9 fish that I would like to later breed. This morning, I woke up and one was missing. I didn't cover the filter intake. So, of course, one of my fry (they're about dime size) was stuck in the filter. He had just enough room to be upright although his fins were tight against him. I got him out of the filter and there aren't any outside injuries. Fins are intact, no scratches, nothing. He seems to be doing okay, swimming midwater, but is there anything I should put in the tank? Stress coat maybe? And anything I should watch out for?

for small fish why would you run a power filter? i suggest you get a sponge filter set up. as it been said just keep a close eye on him.

Prefilters are a good thing for young fish. ;)
Sounds like you were lucky and as long as it looks good do not medicate. Just keep good clean water in the tank. And cover the intake lol.
