Alright, 75 gallon aquarium:
5 congo tetras, 3 are males.
1 freshwater butterfly fish
2 senegal bichirs
1 delhezi bichir
1 rope fish

Can I add:
2 rope fish
1 spotted climbing perch (Ctenopoma acutirostre)

without being overstocked?

No to the rope fish, but you can add perch. But might wanna get rid of the smaller fish like the tetras. The tetras will be preyed upon by the climbing perch, not to mention the bichirs. You could probably add 2 climbing perch.

will not be overstocked definitely.

WCs every other day? No room for 2 ropefish? You'll be fine...

just fine

hell there people that put that and more in 55g's on here everyday
