Will I be overstocked?

Hello, for the past couple months I have been planning on getting a 150 gallon aquarium. I thought I had a plan for stock in mind, but after joining this website and gaining more knowledge, my idea has changed and now this is what I want:

3 Bala Sharks
3 Tin Foil Barbs
1 BGK
10 Congo Tetras
12 Cory cats
1 Marble Sailfin Pleco
and maybe a severum or an oscar.

My questions are is this too much? If so what should I change? Will These Fish all get along? And also, Everything is flexable except for the Bala Sharks and Tin Foils. I'm 100% positive those will be in the tank, and I already have them.

ya definatly no more additions, I may actually do less than that because I may cut out the cories
