Will it be OK in ...............

I have a 60 gallon bow front aquarium,
It is 40 inches long and 18inches at the widest part of the bow (17 at the smaller ends) my question is:
will a 16 inch silver arowana be OK in here (until i sell him to my friend who has a 300 gallon tank) as i will be getting him at 6 inch and growing it for my mate.
If not what size will it have to be before i need to upgrad/sell?

i would say the aro would need to be moved at 12inch

Thats cool man, because my friend wants it at that size.
Would a Motoro ray be OK in with it until it reaches 12 inches in diametre??
