Depends, most of the time fins will regrow. But if its deep enough and the ray (the base of where the fin starts) is broken it might not regrow.

I am not set up right now to be able to give him his own hospital tank, its either heal in there with his tankmates or hes dat food....
I have the temp around 75 (as high as I can go with the tankmates) and added aquarium salt. Is there anything else I should do?
hmmm, ya if its just fins it will, looks close, could be past fin and part of tail. hard to say, u should know soon. most fins grow back fast, just make sure u keep and eye on it and ur water clean to prevent any other problems
