No, no and no. Way too many thing can go wrong with a slim chance of anything going right. I would leave the RBP out of things. They need to be in groups anyway.

Just don't mix piranhas with bichirs or any other fishes for that matter; they're not suitable tankmates for any other fishes besides their own species (and there even tend to be problems between individuals of the same species).

Piranhas? 0 for life; maybe a couple for a little while when they're very small if the filtration is adequate.
