Will jars eat plecos?

My little Queen Arabesque was moving to a new hiding pot and my juvy jar was eyeing him with the 'Eye of Death". He tilts his head and just gazes one black eye on poor pleco and then touches him with his barbels. My silver never bothered these but jar thinks they're food. These plecos would be expensive meals.

Will the pleco fit in his mouth? I had a Jar go after a pleco once however once the jar saw the fins flare out on the pleco he gave up.

my old jar killed my plecs.

with the size comparison... he probably cant eat it.
BUT HE CAN DEFINITELY KILL IT.
