Will Loaches eat Assasin Snails?

I would like to get some Clown, Marble or other Loaches. I know they will eat unwanted snails as I have seen 2 Clown Loaches wipe my 180 clean before but I want my Assasin Snails to stay alive so what should I do? Assain Snails usually top out at one inch.

I can't speak for other loaches, but Clowns and Yoyos will almost certainly eat assassin snails. Also, you shouldn't be keeping Clowns in groups any smaller than 5. They are very social and get stressed in small groups.

Clowns will most definitely eat assassin snails, of any size. And like cypher said, you should really have no less than 5.

I have had clown loaches kill snails in tanks with little substrate. In tanks with more substrate some snails survived. I generally don't put assassins and clowns together.
