I just bought a Golden Dojo loach that is around 6 inches long a week ago... My rainbow shark keeps chasing it away and now they live on two desperate ends of the tank. Will they ever get along ?

Welcome aboard

Redtail, and Rainbow are territorial so it will probably always chase the Dojo Loach.

What size is the aquarium ?

One thing you may want to consider, is that a dojo loach is not really a tropical fish (its from China and Japan), so keeping it in a constant warm temp is not optimum conditions.
Maybe acquiring another tank, setting it up without a heater, for other sub-tropical/even temperate water species may be better.
Examples of those non-tropical Asian (if you care about being geographically correct) species might be white cloud mountain minnows (China), rosy barbs China), paradise fish (Korea/China, or even goldfish.

As tlindsey said Rainbows and Red tails are territorial... This Dojo loach should have its own tank with fish that are not territorial. As duanes said :)

Very territorial I have had one for 4 years pushing 6 inches and claims the whole 300 lt 4 ft tank for himself he often has scuffles with a pyjama catfish i have although sometimes the catfish put's him in his place I they are more of a bully if another fish stand's up to them they back down an interesting fish though .They tend to go after fish of a similar shape or color
