Will my floor Hold my Monster Fish Tank??

so right now my 180 gallon tank is in my split level home on the bottom level on a concrete floor. no problems there.

i have a 1000 gallon custom acrylic tank. my floor on my top levle of my home is 2x12 12" on center. my whole house was built like that per my request. right under that floor is a heavy duty beam made of steel that spans the whole house. so will my tank be fine on the floor?

I think maybe I would check with the builder. That would be horrible to have your tank go through the floor.

ya the builder is saying a ok as well as the inspector
