Will my new 55gallon support these okay?

If I'm doing a 25% water change weekly, will my tank support all of the following fish? I have a 55gallon that measures 40.75 x 12.5 x 20.75.

• 8 Neon Tetras
• 8 Glowlight Tetras
• 3 Ghost Shrimp
• 3 Glassfish
• 1 Kuhli Loach
• 8 Cherry Barbs
• 3 Otto Cats

I figure these are all relatively small fish so they won't outgrow the tank or anything.
