I like to move my fish around a lot lol. I have a 3 inch pleco currently residing in the convict breeding tank to take care of any eggs they drop when I don't want them to. Now, I would like to move him to my 75 with a 12 inch oscar and a couple of convicts. Not much cover in the tank besides 2 flower pots, but the oscar cant fit in them. Main concern is that the oscar will try to eat the pleco and die from the fins. Would this combo work?

i guarantee the O will at least try once or twice to eat it.......anything that will fit in their mouth is fair game.......proceed at your own risk.....i think it's a bad idea. expensive feeder hahaha

haha yeah, it will likely get it actually.

Don't some plecs have spiney bits that they can stick out? I once have a bristle nose get stuck in a net by them.

I do have to agree that there is a very good chance he will be lunch.

why move him.. just get another bigger pleco for the oscar tank...
