Will "perfect" fin grow back???

Hi guys my delhezi took a beating from my albino quite a while ago. now that his nostrols are half grown back, I wonder about the fins. The fin are growing back but not like they used to. The entire edges are curled. It looks like a plate!! my question is as the fin grows will the fin grow back normally and flat??? I put melifix and salt. same with my bichirs split fins. will they join together?? As for the nostrol tubes do they grow half way and stop or do they grow completely back?? i need someone with experience not just a guess!!

i dont think so, my oscar when i bought it was missing like the middle of the fin on back it grew back after a month but it is like scared looking

Not sure about this exact fish, but I can tell you that a green terror I had a while ago was getting very stressed and picked on. He spent so much time hiding by the heater that he practically burnt his tail off. There was nothing left of it but a stub. I separated him from the other fish and it grew back. Once it was completely grown back, the beautiful orange color came back and he was prettier than ever. Hopefully your bichir gets back to normal, they are awesome fish.
