Will quick cure get rid of fish lice?

No idea, you can try (isn't it made for ich?).

If you have lice, I would try Parasite Clear by Jungle Labs. I've ALWAYS had good results with Parasite Clear (it's cheap and effective).

It's for ich and other parasites vulnerable to formalin and malachite green. No, you cannot use that for fish lice. You will need dimilin or the harsher option, trichlorfon also known by other names such as neguvon, masoten, dylox, metriphonate, etc.

Sorry, I should have stated, Parasite Clear states on its package that it treats fish lice (I have a 100 tablet box for $25 at Petsmart.com).
