Will quick cure harm my filter or bio filter?

I was reading in another thread about how you have to stop your filters or it harms your filter? I am on day three of my quick cure treatment with all my filters running. Am I harming my filters or bio filter?

Ok nice. I dont want my BB to be hurt that is how they got ick in the first place. I only get time once every other month or so to go to my preferred store and instead of being patient and adding fish one at a time I added three. Ammonia spike! So I used stability by seachem worked like a charm in combination with prime and my fish are ok but they did get ick. quick cure has worked wonders in the past.
